• To establish a means of communication to respond to inquiries, requests, and/or comments related to the services of Lima Tours.

To exercise the aforementioned rights, you must submit a written request at the physical address of Lima Tours, mentioned at the beginning of this policy, with the subject "ARCO Rights."

If you believe that your request has not been addressed, you may file a complaint with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data by visiting the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights office located at Calle Scipión Llona 350, Miraflores district, Lima province and department.
