The afternoon begins with the preparation of a refreshing ¨Chilcano¨ to whet your appetite and continue in 3 steps. First; an introduction on the local culinary culture where the chef shares knowledge of history, biodiversity and geography, the second; demonstration and tasting of ceviche, and the third; participatory preparation of ¨lomo saltado¨. At the end of the class, each participant will enjoy the delicious lunch prepared by themselves. All in all, a delightful culinary experience and an opportunity to learn more about Peru through gastronomy.
