Dear Sr. Arrarte,
I understand from your website that you are the Managing Director of Lima Tours.  I wanted to write to you to say how extremely pleased my husband and I were with the services of your company when we were in Peru last month.

Our programme was arranged through Exsus Travel in London.  We were in Peru from January 8th to 16th and your company provided all the land arrangements.  We stayed at the Country Club Hotel in Lima and the Monasterio in Cusco.  While in Lima at the beginning of our trip we both got food poisoning - I rather badly - and we were prevented from travelling as planned to Cusco.  Your people in Lima kindly arranged for us to spend another night at the Country Club, and were prepared to arrange for us to move to another hotel on the Saturday.  Happily I felt better after 24 hours and we were able to travel to Cusco a day late.  We did have to miss our planned excursion to Machu Picchu but these things happen when one travels!  Your staff re-booked us on Star Peru for the domestic flight with no penalty, changed our reservation at the Monasterio (at no additional charge to us!) and re-arranged our transfers.  In Cusco, since we could not go to Machu Picchu but had a day to spare, your local agent made arrangements for a private tour for us to the Sacred Valley.

All this done without a hitch and with a smile!  We really appreciated it.

On top of this, all your staff that we came into contact with - from Katia in Inbound Operations, to our Lima guide Betty, transfer people Luis and Michael in Lima, and our outstandingly good guide in Cusco, Luis, were extraordinary.  I worked in international education in the US for 25 years and I know a good organisation when I see one.  Lima Tours is simply the best land operator I have ever encountered.

Would you please thank them all for us.  Our trip, due to the food poisening, could have been a disaster.  Instead we have the best memories of your lovely country.

Hi Everyone, 
Just wanted to add my two cents worth about this incredible trip we all enjoyed.  Like most everyone else in our group, I have spent my lifetime traveling, and honestly have found no other destination I like more than Peru and especially Machu Picchu.

Since I have returned home, I have been talking non stop above Peru to my clients and friends, and can assure you, the e-mail blast I’ll send out in the next several days, will create several individual bookings and at least one group in the short term.

Thanks to Ylan, Martha, and all of the great tour guides and drivers at Lima Tours for making all of this possible, AND the great folks in our own organization who brought this all together.

This trip was certainly one of the most professional and best organized I have ever been on, and now that I know Peru, I will be selling it this year and on.

Dear Ylan and the Lima Tours Team,

Myself and Russell would like to pass on a BIG HUG and KISS and let you know that we had an absolute wonderful time with many thanks to the Lima Tours team.

From booking the IGLTA symposium (thanks to Rocio and Cecilla) to our arrival and even throughout our mixups (the plane mishap) - Lima Tours managed to help us out each step of the way.

The Lima Tours Reps at the airports were a great help and made our check-in and transfers a breeze, the airport transfers in Lima both were excellent in answering the many questions we had regarding the area and were very pleasant to talk to.

Then to our guides and Ylan and Martha - This trip was very much a trip to remember and we are so fortunate to have done it with such a great bunch of people.

As you know we already do our best at Amro Holidays to promote this beautiful part of the world and now that I have had the chance to experience this first hand, it will definitely help towards encouraging others what a truly wonderful place Peru is.
