Our operations offices are always ready to serve the needs of the company's passengers whilst they are in Peru, to ensure that their stay is not only good but excellent. We have our own offices in Cusco, Arequipa, Lima and Puno, which are connected 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year and ready to address any query or problem our passengers may have.

Continual quality control of our guides, transport companies and other suppliers ensures that the service we offer our passengers is always the best.

     
Marketing & Sales    

Our years of experience travelling around Peru have given us extensive knowledge of the country, this, together with our continual monitoring of the latest market trends, means that we can always offer original and novel products. We are delighted to invite our clients into our home - Peru, and share with them our country's wealth, so one of our priorities is to organise regular familiarisation and educational trips so that you can learn more about our country.

In addition to our extensive network of representatives in several countries, our sales personnel travel regularly to the 5 continents visiting our clients and thus ensuring careful attention to their needs.

Incoming Tourism    

A complete team of specialists is responsible for answering all queries and necessities about Peru. Our incoming tourism department is responsible for everything concerning preparations and follow-up of the trips programmed for the clients.

We have a "client service” desk to clear up any problem that may arise for our passengers, thus guaranteeing their complete satisfaction.
